Antique carved French arm chairs made around 1890. The wood is carved walnut. Very interesting carvings on these large arm chairs. Barley twist sides, stretchers and legs. There's a carved allegorical woman at the top of the back, and other carved figures below. Arms have some type of gargoyle face. Considering there age, they're in very good condition.
