Very Rare! German World War II Rad "Hewer" Presentation Dagger. This piece is fresh from a Chicago estate of a WW II D-Day Veteran. It is all original and in excellent as found condition. Not altered, not re-sharpened, not messed with. It has been kept in storage for close to 70 years. 16" long in the scabbard. Scabbard is 10.5" long. Original nickel mounts with Gothic designs. Stag horn handle. The blade is engraved: Rad Ges. Gesch Made in the late 1930s of the finest materials and with excellent workmanship.
