Elegant carved and custom designed Gothic Styled bookcase cabinet with beautiful design elements throughout. Made in France of Oak and dated 1906. There's an inscription on the inside of the door that states: "Cr Menble Fait en 1906 Pour Mr. H Francottr a Dalhem a iti Demmse et Ronstruit Par am Laurent et Sculpt Par S. Dujaruim. Liege." To the best of my knowledge this means the piece was made for Francottr and designed by Ronstruit and made by Dujaruim.
All locks and keys original, five keys. Adjustable shelves. Upper cabinet shelves depth: 10-1/2" Two adjustable bottom shelves depth: 16-1/2" X 22-1/2" each side.
Cabinet breaks down: Gallery top, Middle cabinet section and base, for easy moving and set up. A fantastic piece for the office at home or work. What a gorgeous example of Gothic Design! Overall condition very good.
